Pet Grooming & Bath Gloves – Hair Removal & Massage Tool

Nice sturdy gloves. The teeth are strong and the gloves fit well on both a small and medium hand. I bought them to use to scrub moss off my trees and plant branches but tried them on my dog and 2 cats first. Very enthusiastic thumbs up from all of them. My dog isn't fond of slicker brushes but these gloves were like a massage for him and removed a lot of hair. He didn't want me stop. My cats feel incredibly soft now and enjoyed the brushing as well. This should cut down on shed hair a lot.

It's easy to clean the hair off the gloves and I suppose if they get dirty a quick scrub of the pads with soapy water will clean them up well.

I'm thinking of getting a second pair to keep by my chair. I'm also marking it down on my gift idea list for my friends with pets.

Rikki, my last cat who graced my life for 7 years, absolutely loved being groomed once I switched from a 'furminator' type of deshedder to gloves. My current cat, Alexander is a Sphynx cat outcross whose mother was intentionally a Siamese variant. So, he's not a high maintenance Sphynx cat whose nearly nude & thus barely protective coat, ears, & toes need to be washed on a regular basis. Instead, his short fine fur which he barely sheds needs almost no attention. So, why theses gloves?

Alexander shares our home with powerful Atlas—after Charles Atlas the 1st body builder—a robovac who expertly vacuums up the hair that Alexander does shed. So, although I'm not constantly brushing loose hair off of my clothing & everything else, there is more loose hair here than there's been in the 2 years since Rikki passed over into kitty heaven. Hence, theses grooming gloves.

Although he loves them now, Alexander didn't quite know what to make of them the 1st time I used them, just as he's puzzled by Atlas. But I did notice some hairs in the gloves the 1st time I ran them over him. But then they disappeared with no help from me at which I concluded that the hairs went back onto his coat.

So, now along with these gloves I use the supersize 6.3-inches wide lint roller purchased here 7-years ago to roll over the surface of the mats I use when I make wax letter seals. No, I don't roll it over Alexander, too, but I do roll it over the gloves from which it picks up a good bit of hair that my aging eyes don't notice.

Btw, my hands are a woman's size 8 and I had no trouble donning & doffing the gloves without touching the closure.

These gloves now occupy the same spot that Rikki's blue grooming gloves did which is also a reminder to take apart Alexander's stainless-steel wireless water fountain to thoroughly clean & fill it with fresh water.

I have been struggling to find a way to clean up after my daughters cat. Hair-everywhere. Vacuum, shed brush, sticky roller, dryer sheets, you name it. These gloves make sense. Put them on and pet the fur-ball. The more you pet - the more hair comes off, flying around in the air, everywhere, up your nose, in your hair... but ... then I use the pet vac to take care of the gloves and it's all good.

This video and photo do not even show the results of the first two rounds of grooming with these gloves! Perfect for my senior short hair tabby that does not groom herself very well these days. She hates to be brushed but loves to be petted, so these are perfect. I applied a small amount of rinse free cat shampoo foam to the gloves first for a full service kitty spa experience. The results were outstanding. Highly recommend this product!

I received these Otis & Claude gloves today and have only used them twice, but am very happy with them. I have large hands and had no issue wearing them, and both times they were used they collected a good amount of hair, even in areas my cat allows me to comb. I wore only one glove, keeping the other bare for my cat to rub against, and my cat had no issue with the gloved hand on his chest or belly, even though he usually dislikes even a brief brushing and quickly shuts down any attempt to comb those areas. The included photo shows the hair collected from his chest and belly after only a minute or two. I like that the nubs are part of the glove rather than on a separate piece of plastic or rubber that is then sewn or glued onto the glove, and the gloves allow good finger movement. Cleaning was simple once hair built up - I just slowly pulled at one corner of the "mat" and pealed it away. For a lesser amount of hair, such as from his back, I used the vacuum cleaner. Cat buddy approved!

Great fit, nice adjustable closure. Works like a charm and both cats love it ( short and longhair).

I think I just brused another cat out of my cat 🐈 🤔🤣 (my cat not even long haired one). Really good gloves,only problem I am having is: a lot static,like A LOT...you need to remove at least one glave to clean them before brush again...

Love these! Just got them today. My cat sheds so easily no matter how much effort I put into deshedding her. She did run away at first from these but after I cornered her and started petting her with them she started to enjoy them. This picture is the 2nd time I used them after cleaning them off the first time. Takes a little effort to clean them but still very reasonable. The gloves are comfy enough and seem durable. Will update later if they rip or stop working. Overall satisfied with my purchase. This product helps a pet owner bond more with their pet by petting them and it motivates me to pet her more since the hair will collect on the gloves and not all over my house.

Came on time, they are a bit big but that's fine as my Boyfriend can also use them. Worked good on my dog and amazing on my cats. I'm happy with them. I have yet to try them on my horse though, I'll update when I do. But so far so good I recommend them.

For a big guy these gloves fit perfect. My dog loved the grooming/ massage session.

My initial impression was that I particularly like that Breathable mesh backing prevents sweaty hands during extended sessions. Got a full handful of fur off my husky in one session. Incredible. I particularly like that Doubles as a bath scrubber; works shampoo deep into coat while massaging skin. Exactly what we were looking for.

These gloves are comfortable and effective. Removes fur well. Our dog likes being groomed with them. Good value.

These gloves are super! They make such a difference when bathing the dog! They make it so much easier to scrub their fur and help with cleaning.

These gloves are great and work wonders on my horse! They are strong enough to use on my horse yet not too rigid to use on his legs and face. The best part is that Roscoe loves it when I use them! I love that they fit my hands well, and they are adjustable at the wrist. I’ve also thrown them in the washer and held up fine!
